They advertise pet stain and odor removal... A very nice gentleman named Nick came out to clean. We had some pet and coffee stains to be removed. I was upfront about the cause of the stains and he used a black light to be sure he knew what the urine stains were. At completion of the project, no stain was seen and the rooms smelled great. I went to a meeting and when I came back, the stains were seen again, but not as significant. The next morning they were just as before the cleaning and the room smelled worse than it did before. I called the company because they have a 30 day guarantee. They refused to honor it. They wanted to do a deeper clean on the spots and charge $10/softball size area. This would be another $300. No thank you. I will call someone who will do it correctly the first time.

Anthony and Zerorez are Amazing Anthony was Awesome and Amazing. He worked extremely hard on several stubborn stains and made the carpet look fresh and new. Anthony is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, promp, and a great educator on carpet issues. This is the 2nd time Anthony has cleaned our carpet and each time has been Amazing. They were very accommodating when I asked to change the appointment date, The over the phone estimate was fair and the add on price was fair as well. The arrival time estimate was reasonable and Anthony arrived early. They update you for the arrival. They are very kind and easy to talk to. This is a true and honest review. Thank you Zerorez.

Good stuff I don't remember the name of the technician but he was very professional. He was on time and got out some stains that I assumed couldn't be removed. Also, he asked me to review the work so he could address any issues before putting away the equipment. Scheduling was not an issue. I contacted them on Thursday and they were here Saturday. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully I'd get the same tech.

Great service Great service: the rep was very informative and helpful in giving us suggestions and advice. Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!

Love Zerorez Love Zerorez. We had all carpets in our house done and the service was very quick. The cleaner was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions patiently. I waited to review so that I could confirm my initial thoughts on the cleanliness of the carpets. They looked great right after and still look fantastic after drying.
