Anthony and Zerorez are Amazing Anthony was Awesome and Amazing. He worked extremely hard on several stubborn stains and made the carpet look fresh and new. Anthony is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, promp, and a great educator on carpet issues. This is the 2nd time Anthony has cleaned our carpet and each time has been Amazing. They were very accommodating when I asked to change the appointment date, The over the phone estimate was fair and the add on price was fair as well. My carpets look amazing!! My carpets look amazing!!! Ben was ontime, attentive and extremely nice to work with! He made sure even the toughest of stains came out and called me 30 minutes before he came. Will definitely be using zerores again!!!

Our technician was Anthony. He called when he was on the way to our address. He was courteous and respectful Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. I was given an estimate and there were no surprises when I received the invoice. My carpet was cleaned in a timely manner but it's not quite dry yet so I can't speak to the the efficacy of the process yet. So far, it looks good and smells much better than it did before. I don't foresee any issues.

Great service Great service: the rep was very informative and helpful in giving us suggestions and advice. Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!
