GBsimpy the worst people i have ever dealt with they harass me daily with insanity . i tell them to leave me alone but they refuse to. someone claiming to be "gabriel" repeatedly makes threatening emails and then emails again to say he was only joking. i keep "unsubscribing" but emailing them to leave me alone, but it doesn't end. serious psychotics here. best never let them know who you are

GBDishonest company Justcloud.com market their 'Unlimited' backup product(s) as totally unlimited, then hide 'fair usage' restrictions in the 'small print' of their terms and conditions. Mobile phone companies for example have similar agreements, but this doesn't make Justcloud's any less underhand. JustCloud are impossible to get hold of on the phone and awful to deal with via email. Yet when you're account is up for renewal they never leave you alone. A terrible experience and never to be repeated. I also reported them to the UK's Trading Standards and I think everyone with a similar complaint should do the same, otherwise they will just carry on profiting from underhand (and hopefully soon to be illegal) practices. One star is too much.

GBWon't honor renewal offer and price doubled! They sent me a renewal letter in March 2023 for $119. Then in April, they charged my credit card DOUBLE ($238!!!). They would not reverse it or honor the previous offer of $119. BAD customer service. I canceled this service. Won't use again.

ZAData was lost Data was lost. When notified they said they restored the data. They didn't. I unticked the auto-renew checkbox and received an email from the company stating they tried renewing my account a few weeks later. It seems you have to go through a customer service agent before you can cancel your account and that requires a lot of pushing back and demanding they cancel your account. Its not pleasant and not worth the effort.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are immoral boarding on illegal. Once you have signed up and they have your card details - I think JustCloud feel this entitles them to do whatever the feel. The first year is cheap, probably because the service is substandard compared to their rivals, in subsequent years the price increases considerably - the only information you have about this is what you read when you first signed up - a year or more ago. Trying to cancel is nigh on impossible. I'm 5 emails in (because email is the only way you cancel apparently) and they still refuse to let me out of the contract. SIGN UP AT YOUR PERIL.
