Dishonest company Justcloud.com market their 'Unlimited' backup product(s) as totally unlimited, then hide 'fair usage' restrictions in the 'small print' of their terms and conditions. Mobile phone companies for example have similar agreements, but this doesn't make Justcloud's any less underhand. JustCloud are impossible to get hold of on the phone and awful to deal with via email. Yet when you're account is up for renewal they never leave you alone. A terrible experience and never to be repeated. I also reported them to the UK's Trading Standards and I think everyone with a similar complaint should do the same, otherwise they will just carry on profiting from underhand (and hopefully soon to be illegal) practices. One star is too much.

Won't honor renewal offer and price doubled! They sent me a renewal letter in March 2023 for $119. Then in April, they charged my credit card DOUBLE ($238!!!). They would not reverse it or honor the previous offer of $119. BAD customer service. I canceled this service. Won't use again.

I have not hear anything in a week. I have sent various emails. Really not a great storage because you have to download every file . Not for businesses . AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible company, terrible experience Don't use this company. The backup is terrible as are their apps. Mobile sync is incredibly limited unless you purchase that particular add on. Ignore the reviews by various unknown bloggers on the internet, this company is terrible! Avoid!

Absolutely avoid this company! Absolutely avoid this company! Been paying them for years then discover a problem with myiTunes music in May. It turns out my backups are NOT THERE! I have been told "check every 4 days, we migrated to a new server, the scripts are written manually, success does not come without bumps" continually which is all frankly bullsh*t and what they have been telling plenty of other users over the past 15 years. You cannot SPEAK to a help center just email with 'an advisor' with trendy americanised names when they are probably sitting in a call centre in Bangldesh fielding complaints and peddling the same lines out. Absolute scam and liars - do not touch!
