Absolutely avoid this company! Absolutely avoid this company! Been paying them for years then discover a problem with myiTunes music in May. It turns out my backups are NOT THERE! I have been told "check every 4 days, we migrated to a new server, the scripts are written manually, success does not come without bumps" continually which is all frankly bullsh*t and what they have been telling plenty of other users over the past 15 years. You cannot SPEAK to a help center just email with 'an advisor' with trendy americanised names when they are probably sitting in a call centre in Bangldesh fielding complaints and peddling the same lines out. Absolute scam and liars - do not touch!

AVOID Justcloud AVOID Justcloud! They decided this year to double the amount they took from my account without warning or authorisation. The annual renewal email did not advise of any price rise and there is no response from their billing or customer service department. The chat feature no longer works. The listed telephone number is not valid and this company doesn't actually exist at the location they list on their invoices. I've had to contact my bank and raise a Credit Card dispute plus put a vendor block on Justcloud.com. The actual cloud backups appears to be working just fine, backed up files are still available even the ones backed up many years ago, but their financial behaviour is fraudulent and there is no response from this 'company'. Avoid this company.

Data was lost Data was lost. When notified they said they restored the data. They didn't. I unticked the auto-renew checkbox and received an email from the company stating they tried renewing my account a few weeks later. It seems you have to go through a customer service agent before you can cancel your account and that requires a lot of pushing back and demanding they cancel your account. Its not pleasant and not worth the effort.

DREADFUL.. DREADFUL... The worst company I've ever dealt with. It must tell you what they're like if over 90% of their reviews rate them as POOR. Hopefully people will list to the average person, who is driven to write and give such poor reviews, and with a bit of luck save themselves the terrible experience I've had. Even now I've left, and emailed them to close my account, they still keep emailing me, and it's literally impossible to get to the Unsubscribe option on their site. Rubbish, Rubbish, Rubbish.

Terrible company, terrible experience Don't use this company. The backup is terrible as are their apps. Mobile sync is incredibly limited unless you purchase that particular add on. Ignore the reviews by various unknown bloggers on the internet, this company is terrible! Avoid!
