GBWorst phone service ever Worst phone service ever. Had them for 2 months and no calls can be made or received. Customer service is almost non existent and they use promts that don't answer the question. Then when you get someone if you ever do they ask the most basic things and the issue never gets resolved. Avoid this if your trying to run a business for a professional company. Phone.com is for anyone who wants to pay money but not have an actual working service.

GBDon't use phone.com, you'll regret it. I was with Phone.com for three years until their Yealink phone had a vulnerability that allowed a hack into our business systems. I reached out to their support team and received no response. I had just renewed my annual subscription. I changed service providers over the whole debacle and phone.com would not give me a prorated refund. Shameful business practice.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. I paid for a year in advance and everything was good until about 8 months in, when i receive micro charges on my account. I disputed these with my bank, which they are still looking into. Since I filed a claim on these charges, Phone.com proceeded to cancel my phone service within 3 days of this with no compensation to my 4 remaining months. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for these charges but unfortunately too much time has passed and i am unable to get any of my money back. i will never work with these guys again and i had multiple numbers for my business thru them. if you dont listen to me, at a minimum, DO NOT pay in advance!

CABrutal! Don’t walk! Run! Terrible customer service, terrible tech support, terrible product. Still trying to cancel my account- that’s becoming yet another strike. Don’t even begin with this company. Pay a little more elsewhere and get a lot! RUN!

GBThere is no way to hear phone… There is no way to hear phone recordings from the app. Using the online features such as adding additional phones for call forwarding is not user-friendly. Phone calls frequently drop. Missed calls do not show up on the app until the next day. There needs to be a better way to record a phone call voicemail message.
