WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. I ordered a mini fridge and they sent a micro ice machine. I Paid $53 to ship it back and asked for the correct item to be shipped, and they told me it wasnt in stock and didnt know when it would be. Then amazon and this company refused to reimburse me. BUYER BEWARE!! basically paid these guys to take my money. ZERO STARS!!!

They dont deserve 1 star They dont deserve 1 star. We purchased a pub table and had such a hard time trying to return it. they kept asking us for an order number and a photo. Then they told us we had to pay for shipment to return which turned out being much more than we paid for it. Horrible experience and I will never ever buy from them again. Nor will my friends or family. I have warned them all. Kartit is the WORSE !!!!! THEY COULDN'T EVEN MEET US HALF WAY.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for an item that has never been delivered. Called and emailed Kart It with no resolution to my issue. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not use this dishonest vendor ever.

Never trust a company that has no idea… Never trust a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. This is the worst place. Endless days of fighting for something that never arrived. No resolution, no offer to help, nothing. So finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever shop here.

Excellent To start I ordered a couple of furniture items. Everything arrived promptly and customer service was easy to reach. The prices are better then I have seen on other websites including Amazon. I have used them several times and would recommend them highly. Plus it seems like a small business. I would choose them over any large retailer.
