This was due to activity or patterns associated with fraudulent behavior. Additional attempts to sign up may also be rejected." This is what they told me after I tried to make an account. I tried to fill in everything correctly and did everything as they said, only to be terminated right after. When mailing them I got no response and calling them didnt work because they hang up immediately. Can't seem to contact them anywhere :/ :/ :/

PLthey are gatekeeping their all services they are gatekeeping their all services you can waste time on filling all forms in register step, but you will be instantly rejected for no reason

ATHappy Linode user since 2014 I started using Linode in 2014 and am a happy customer to this day. They run about 20 of my servers, hosting my services for a few hundred thousand users. Uptime and support are great. In fact, I decided to write this because I had a very good support experience (fast response with great information) just yesterday. Their object storage is useful, but it could be a little faster. Finally, I think their prices are very competitive. To me, for 9.5 years and counting, they are an excellent provider.

FRNot serious Not serious. I used their website email to contact them (aug 22) about a serious copyright infringement. A website has stolen my posts and is blatantly profiting off of them with display ads. Meanwhile Linode is hosting them and has blatantly ignored my emails. I sent them all the information. Every day they are profiting more and Linode is just radio silence and has done nothing. Where are the ethical concerns? Follow up sent 2 weeks later absolutely nothing. I have never seen anything like this. *Update: I have re-sent according to information provided below. It's a shame you never followed up earlier a month ago and users now have to resort to adding a public review to request assistance. I look forward to seeing how serious you are dealing with the copyright complaint.

GBCost Rising, Slow Support Times While linode is a alright host, it has its issues and a lot of them. They used to offer MongoDB Hosting, however stopped after no update to the community. Costs have also risen, while other competitors have lower costs. Support is also very slow, and it takes days for support to finally reach out.
