ATHates money and customers I'd love to not have to rent Amazon web services, but Linode just hates money and new customers. Literally impossible to create an account there. The 'blindfolded shotgun' method on cancelling sign ups is not a standardized security measure, if you didn't know, Linode.

NLCan't contact them or call them or even sign in "A recently created account with this email address was canceled by our automated systems. This was due to activity or patterns associated with fraudulent behavior. Additional attempts to sign up may also be rejected." This is what they told me after I tried to make an account. I tried to fill in everything correctly and did everything as they said, only to be terminated right after. When mailing them I got no response and calling them didnt work because they hang up immediately. Can't seem to contact them anywhere :/ :/ :/

GBWhere is customer support? We have a load balancer that equally distributes tasks across 7 servers, suddenly 1 of those servers is taking 100% CPU while the rest are taking 30% for the same load. This has negatively impacted performance. I opened a ticket more than 16 hours ago, no reply yet... Edit: Is the ticketing system broken? - When did the process change from creating a ticket to needing to call?

BRI have servers at Linode even before it… I have servers at Linode even before it was sold to Akamai. My experience of more than 6 years with Linode is excellent. Sure, the support isn't great, but who needs to open a support ticket when everything works fine? What I manage is the performance of the servers. I have a VPS with a dedicated CPU and it's great. SLA 99.99999% and very fast server response. Linode provides top-notch DNS to the world and rich documentation for customers to study. That is all!

INFalse Advertising, Terrible Support They advertised that they are giving free $100 credit. But, if we signup, they cancel our signup without even allowing us to know why they cancelled our account. Additionally, we are unable to contact them via email or phone. I sent an email, no response. Tried to call, no one pick up the call. Worst experience! Linode = Sh*** Support. Stay away from this fraud company, guys!
