LTCheap I like bolt, because it's quite cheap. But, sometimes, I need to wait for a long time for my taxi to arrive, which is frustrating

PLI use the Bolt app in different… I use the Bolt app in different countries and am satisfied with the service everywhere. The taxi fares are reasonable, and the drivers are polite. The app itself is well-designed: you can see your route, and there's even an option to leave tips for the driver.

GB14 days to refund a hold charge?! Outrageous They take a charge over your card and then if the ride doesn't happen take up to 14 days to refund, for doing absolutely NOTHING! Even Uber doesn't do something so outrageous and unjustified. Has to be illegal, but not sure who to report it to.
