GBBolt car pick ups My wife books bolt to get around Pattaya and a lot of the time a driver accepts then 5 or 10 minutes later cancels it. Once had 3 in a row like that, terrible. Need to be able to report these drivers. So all in all it's ok but make sure you have an hour to spare, just incase the driver can't be bothered to pick you up

GBNo one can tell me at BOLT why No one can tell me at BOLT why, for the first time, I was charged a 'SERVICE PASSENGER FEE" on a ride. The folk on the help desk seem confused too. Some of the conversation thread was even erased by BOLT. Could it possibly be a way to put up the price without saying that is what is happening? Or am I being unfair?
