IEPlagued by email spam from Bolt I downloaded the Bolt app last June to book a taxi on holiday. The price waa high and I found a bus instead. But I'm still plagued with advertising emails from Bolt. I've unsubscribed many times but to no avail. Its really annoying .

LTBolt food Bolt food - it would be better if we could tip the courier after they deliver the food, like we can on the bolt app. It's unfair to ask how would I like to tip when I'm still ordering cause I don't know how the courier will deliver the food. Sometimes they get lost, are super late, rude, and I already tipped. Please allow us to tip AFTER the food is delivered.

GB14 days to refund a hold charge?! Outrageous They take a charge over your card and then if the ride doesn't happen take up to 14 days to refund, for doing absolutely NOTHING! Even Uber doesn't do something so outrageous and unjustified. Has to be illegal, but not sure who to report it to.

DEBolt drivers recently start to demand… Bolt drivers recently start to demand higher prices than agreed on on the app (e.g. because "AC was on" 🤡). Programmed rides are regularly cancelled minutes before the driver should arrive. Very often do arrive other cars and/or drivers than appeared on the app. Bolt is cheap, in price and service quality.
