Ordered two 16G server memory sticks Ordered two 16G server memory sticks, and one started to have issues. Requested RMA, which was handled very quickly, and they even covered return shipping. RMA memory stick, along with two more additional sticks that I ordered are installed and running well.

After emailing, trying chat that is never there and calling, still no response. Are you a real vendor or what?? Was there really stock?? Please someone let us know what is going on here!?!?!?!
