TechPartz is an unreliable vendor We ordered 9 units Seagate hard drives from TechPartz.com, but they only shipped 5 units, and charged us the price for 9 units. We tried to contact them through emails, online chat and phone calls, but got no response. It's a very unreliable vendor!!!

Merchant does not clearly define … Merchant does not clearly define product condition on site. "New" appears to have two groupings according to their support department, and you have to know how they SKU their inventory to know which is which. - appearently These are New Bulk / New Open Box Switch(s), which were used as test purpose, which to me does not indicate NEW. - From their Support Department: New Retail Factory Sealed products end with "-F" after the MPN. New Bulk / New Open Box products end with "-N" after the MPN. Hopefully this will help other buyers to make their decision.

Great price and product Great price and product. Deducted one star because it was advertised as retail and retail means original packaging. CPU showed up in a static bag.

Customer Service?? NOT Tried to cancel the order once i noticed 1 TB on a drive had changed to a 500 GB with a price of $110.00. The tech rep, said "it was clearly marked, YADA" and to return just refuse the shipment. The there is a 25% restocking fee. The rep was a pain, couldn't understand him for the most part. Told him he was loosing a customer. Yeah, right, sure! I'll buy from someone with acceptable practices and policies.
