GBLousy communication, order canceled. After accepting my order and processing my credit card, the next day I get a status update saying my status was CANCELED. No explanation, I know my credit card is good so I am left to guess that they are out of stock, despite the fact it is still showing on their website.

GBWe ordered drives it said was in stock… We ordered drives that were in stock on 11/25/19. Received a confirmation but never have we received the items ordered. After emailing, trying chat that is never there and calling, still no response. Are you a real vendor or what?? Was there really stock?? Please someone let us know what is going on here!?!?!?! This is by far the worst service EVER.....

GBOrdering was easy and the part came… Ordering was easy and the part came quickly. I have not had it installed yet so I'm not sure if it works correctly or if it's the right part for the job, but everything else was great!

GBUnacceptable HD The drive was revived well packed but unfortunately DOA - unable to format. This “new” drive has a manufacturing date of 2/2011. I will be contacting the company for an ROA.
