GBWe ordered drives it said was in stock… We ordered drives that were in stock on 11/25/19. Received a confirmation but never have we received the items ordered. After emailing, trying chat that is never there and calling, still no response. Are you a real vendor or what?? Was there really stock?? Please someone let us know what is going on here!?!?!?! This is by far the worst service EVER.....

GBMerchant does not clearly define … Merchant does not clearly define product condition on site. "New" appears to have two groupings according to their support department, and you have to know how they SKU their inventory to know which is which. - appearently These are New Bulk / New Open Box Switch(s), which were used as test purpose, which to me does not indicate NEW. - From their Support Department: New Retail Factory Sealed products end with "-F" after the MPN. New Bulk / New Open Box products end with "-N" after the MPN. Hopefully this will help other buyers to make their decision.

GBDrives were as advertised Drives were as advertised, and working well. Only minor issue I had was that I had to ask for shipping/tracking info, as it was not provided automatically. Very minor thing, but great parts.. which is what counts!

GBOh you want me to review my… Oh you want me to review my transaction?? Sure I will do that. This is my first time in techpartz.com so keep that in mind. Looks legit enough but how come you are asking for my review even before I get my darn parts??? I do IT, so it shows the DISCONNECT within a company. I PROBABLY would have given you 5 starts if I had some ETA expectation. I could not find a tracking number in the last 4 days since ordered. Does tell me something about the company. I will update my review once I receive the 'goods'.
