Great support from WP Zone Great support from WP Zone, plus their Divi plugins are so useful and reliable. Particularly useful right now is the Gravity Forms design plugin and how it works with Divi - saves me soooo much time.

I'm very satisfied with WP Zone products I'm very satisfied with WP Zone / DIvi Space plugins used on any sites. The support is good, I had a bug with Divi Shop and an other plugin, I have send some messages, give acess with their Helper plugin and provide the tier plugin source: they find the problem and update a new version of Shop builder in few days ! Great !!

Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the… Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the license until I was billed. Cancelled it same day as renewal and requested a refund. They said no despite the fact I have a license for another product with them. I'll be cancelling that license and never purchasing their products again. That's just terrible customer service.

Customer Service is Abysmal Customer Service is Abysmal A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though --no additional virtual merchandise was received -- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew -- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal. Not a fan of this business model.

Truly amazing hosting service! Absolutely amazing service! Overall site speed is phenomenal; I noticed the difference almost immediately and Google Page Insights agreed. On top of that, the customer service has been 200% at every question. I worked with Alex on several issues (that were of my own creation); he was quick, attentive and had my problems solved as fast as I could send them. Truly amazing hosting service!
