CZForgot to cancel subscription, they didn't refund Never used their service. I completely forgot about the subscription. (they didn't send reminder, guess why.) when I have realized my mistake few hours late. They refused to refund even when they knew I never used their service. This feels very dishonest and sketchy. Good people wouldn't act like this.

GFThe best product catalog for Divi They have a rather large catalog, perfectly kept up to date with every patch or new version of Divi (EVERY update). The support is very reactive, attentive and benevolent. They give you tips for things you wouldn't necessarily have thought of and allow you to go further in your projects. Despite the large catalog of products they have, they keep coming out with better, newer, more elaborate, with more features, a redesigned design. They are geniuses. They think of everyone and above all, with their products EVERYTHING can be changed at will.

GBVery slow customer service Since AspenGrove and DiviSpace were acquired by wpzone.co, they've modified the "helper" app to supposedly streamline the installation and maintenance of their various plug-ins and themes. I've been trying for days to get it to install a plug-in, any plug-in. I've repeatedly contacted customer support, because I keep getting a very specific error. It takes them days to return an email; support tickets are not stored on their website, and there's no easy way to follow up or add notes to a ticket except in email. They wanted my admin credentials to try to duplicate the error, and they have a function in the contact form that lets you add a temp user to the wp installation. My credentials simply don't work; they claim their test credentials do. I have a LIFETIME subscription, and their "helper" app does nothing to bolster my confidence that they actually know what they're doing. It worked when they were DiviSpace / AspenGrove. Installing plug-ins via the traditional method does work. One plug-in, DiviSwitch, requires an API user name and key, and nowhere in their documentation on this plug-in do they mention that. I get another error when installing that plug-in. Bottom line: customer service is very slow, and documentation is spotty.

NZGreat support from WP Zone Great support from WP Zone, plus their Divi plugins are so useful and reliable. Particularly useful right now is the Gravity Forms design plugin and how it works with Divi - saves me soooo much time.
