This REALLY works! I am really loving using the Solawave skincare wand. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I have been using the Solawave wand for almost a month. It has improved my skin and fine lines. It really is amazing. I highly recommend it. The customer service is Fantastic!

Stellar Customer Service, Excellent Products I have the first gen Solawave wand and it really works. I decided to get the upgraded one (gifting the other to my mom) and am excited to check it out. The service team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience if you email. This is a company that truly cares about its products and customers.

Recently it started acting up on me, and being afraid it would quit completely I reached out to customer service to see what my options were. I was given super quick responses for some trouble shooting, and in the end directed to make a return and they’ll be sending a replacement!! I will forever be a Solawave fan, and this just sealed the deal for me!!

Beware hidden UK shipping costs Solawave's UK site is not in fact based in the UK so, despite the abundant number of emails about their Black Friday offers, when reached checkout suddenly found circa £90 added on for 'shipping'. Love the wand and indeed the serums that go along with it. Sadly, can't now buy direct from Solawave if they're going to add on extortionate shipping which they then say covers shipping & customs to the UK. Great products, sadly no UK presence.

Customer Service I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand. Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough). Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product. Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!
