GBGreat for self care I have been using the Solawave for about a month now and am excited to see the benefits. This is an easy to use skin care product and perfect self care. I have reached out to customer service with a question and Khaye was fantastic to work with and was able to answer all of my questions and provide help very quickly. I started using the serum and love it, definitely makes using the solawave much easier.

GBI love using my Solawave I love using my Solawave. I love the warming and vibration effect. It took me a while to use is routinely, daily, which is best to see results. My friend at dinner one night said my skin was just glowing. The customer service is outstanding! It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. I’m in the process of upgrading from my old one and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Solawave!

GBExperienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! GBBest Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.
