Packs a big punch! I love using the Solowave wand. I have a vast array of beauty devices which I've gathered, and used consistently, over the years. The small and convenient to use Solowave "packs a big punch!" I've actually given up on some of my other "beauty treatments." They are no longer necessary, as the Solowave addresses so many concerns. And... the customer service is extraordinary!

Customer Service For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

Excellent customer servixe just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

Solawave has some of the best customer… Solawave has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! I love their products as well And will be ordering more!

Experienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.
