Experienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

LOVE the product and great customer service I LOVE Solawave wand! I've been using this almost every night for about a year. It's so easy to use and relaxing. And I believe it's helping with the fine lines and overall texture and complexion. I'm happy with the results so far. It's also gentle on my sensitive skin. When my wand broke by gently cleaning one day, the customer service (Mark) reached out to me right away with an offer to send me a replacement. He continued to update me on the replacement order and checked in with me until I received the package. Truly amazing customer service. Nicole in Customer Service!! I purchased two Solowave wands solely because of the help I received from Nicole in Customer Service. Nicole spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining their products. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the skincare market! During our conversation, she mentioned a skincare product (which many don't know about) and happens to be my absolute favorite! It made me value her opinion plus gave me the push I needed to purchase. Solowave is very lucky to have her on their team! She is a true asset!

Excellent customer servixe just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

Impressive results after just a few days I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated.
