Effective I purchased a Solawave wand with the serum initially about two years ago. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product but it has been effective for tightening skin and helping with fine lines. After about a year and a half it stopped working. I hoped it could have had a longer lifespan than that, but it is what it is. I decided to repurchase a new wand to replace it. I actually love the new version more than the one i had previously. The red light seems stronger and i like it has an on/off button which the older version did not have. So far so good.

Best Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! Customer Service For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

This REALLY works! I am really loving using the Solawave skincare wand. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I have been using the Solawave wand for almost a month. It has improved my skin and fine lines. It really is amazing. I highly recommend it. The customer service is Fantastic!
