GBI bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam

GBBest Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

GBNicole in Customer Service!! I purchased two Solowave wands solely because of the help I received from Nicole in Customer Service. Nicole spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining their products. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the skincare market! During our conversation, she mentioned a skincare product (which many don't know about) and happens to be my absolute favorite! It made me value her opinion plus gave me the push I needed to purchase. Solowave is very lucky to have her on their team! She is a true asset!

CAEffective I purchased a Solawave wand with the serum initially about two years ago. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product but it has been effective for tightening skin and helping with fine lines. After about a year and a half it stopped working. I hoped it could have had a longer lifespan than that, but it is what it is. I decided to repurchase a new wand to replace it. I actually love the new version more than the one i had previously. The red light seems stronger and i like it has an on/off button which the older version did not have. So far so good.
