I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam

And I believe it's helping with the fine lines and overall texture and complexion. I'm happy with the results so far. It's also gentle on my sensitive skin. When my wand broke by gently cleaning one day, the customer service (Mark) reached out to me right away with an offer to send me a replacement. He continued to update me on the replacement order and checked in with me until I received the package. Truly amazing customer service. Great for self care I have been using the Solawave for about a month now and am excited to see the benefits. This is an easy to use skin care product and perfect self care. I have reached out to customer service with a question and Khaye was fantastic to work with and was able to answer all of my questions and provide help very quickly.
