GBHas been great, but this order was bumpy I have had numerous fantastic experiences with ScanCafe, but not the last one. Prints and documents were scanned fine on this order, but film negative scans were originally processed with great orange streaks, then re-scanned at my request with copious dust. The dust issue was corrected with a second request. I specifically asked them to be attentive to colors, and many of the negative scans looked washed out, but the white balance was about right. This was not corrected after I demonstrated the problem and a simple resolution. I will be considering other services for my next order.

GBGratified customer I have sent in thousands of photos to be scanned. With only one exception they have always arrived and been processed quickly. The one time I had an issue, the same shipping label had been put on two different orders. However, Scancafe worked tirelessly to help me locate the package, which eventually found its way to its final destination. Always keep your shipping receipt.

GBI have been using this service for years! I have been using this service for many years. They handled my precious photos and slides very well and produced wonderful digital images as I requested. I recently had to ask a favor of their customer service department as I had really old scans that I wanted to download and they had archived them. They responded quickly and I was able to download the scans in a convenient zip file for use. I love this company and I recommend them highly!!!

GBSeveral media transformed to digital Several media were transferred to digital formats, including some very old, 1940s era negatives. They came out profound. Slides, pictures, negatives, and some old VHS were all done as proposed and priced. Great communications and timely completion.

GBThey did a good job with my slides They did a good job with the digitizing my slides and got the results back to me, along with a carefully packed box of my originals, very quickly. Unfortunately, there were a lot of slides marred, over the years, with spots of mold or mildew, and there wasn't anything they could do about those, but that wasn't their fault. (Most of the slides had been sitting around for fifty years or more.)
