GBI have been using this service for years! I have been using this service for many years. They handled my precious photos and slides very well and produced wonderful digital images as I requested. I recently had to ask a favor of their customer service department as I had really old scans that I wanted to download and they had archived them. They responded quickly and I was able to download the scans in a convenient zip file for use. I love this company and I recommend them highly!!!

GBThis is an awesome company This is an awesome company. I haven't found any other company that will let you review before receiving your photography back. I purchased an "A La Carte" order and the features are great, and you have more influence over how you get your finished scans back. I also selected a few for restorations. Can't wait to receive my digital files for restored images! It brought back life to the photo.

GBGreat customer service One of my return shipments was lost in transit. Michael Tetmeyer in customer service stayed on top of it and kept me updated on the claim. He has also responded quickly to questions about my other orders. When UPS was unable to find the missing package, he was able to have the USB drive with the missing files recreated, thus rescuing my family memories. I've been using ScanCafe for years and never had a problem but it's good to know, if I do, there's great support the help me.

GBGreat customer service and results Good customer service, whether on phone or in ordering scans online. Subscription service available but easy to cancel. Scans come out great. Recommend.

GBScammy gimmicks Unbelievably scammy behavior -- they have you estimate the number of photos to be scanned and charge you based on that estimate, promising a refund if you overestimate. What they don't tell you is that the refund comes in the form of a GIFT CARD? That can only be used for MORE SCANS!? They also include upsells in your final checkout basket you didn't ask for, like photo touch-ups. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. ------ ** UPDATE, after ScamCafe response ** Please think about how little sense your response makes. Why does having a gift card, with 16 alphanumeric characters I have to enter somewhere alongside any regular payment information, "facilitate their projects and also the time they spend on them"? How does that save anyone time?? Same with the undisclosed $10 recurring monthly cloud fee. If you see your Wharton Bro founders in the hallway, please tell them to go do something very pleasant to themselves for me.
