GBGreat customer service Email was responded to within 1-2 hours, very short time. The rep listened to my concern and offered the suggestions to remedy the issue for me. He took the time to provide the information to me, in which I was able to make a decision within a few minutes and the issue was resolved. He even went out of his way to ask management for a credit on my behalf! Who does that anymore?? GREAT customer service. I deal with offices and people all day, every day, you don't find truly good customer service anywhere anymore. This was great.

GBI was helped I tried to cancel the service after a free trial because the client I was going to need it for simply decided to take his business elsewhere and I could not afford the recurring fee without his custom. Glenn R. offered a less expensive plan with fewer pages and I changed to it and he helped me with the payment due date because of cash flow restraints. He was very kind and helpful.

He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions!
