GBSurprised to get decent chat service & fast My chat 'person' Glenn R. was very helpful and quickly helped me get my account number and sent me a welcome e-mail so I could log into my account. Once you get past the robot the person is helpful to your specific issue. I still prefer a customer service representative - there is e-mail as well, chat is better than e-mail, live phone rep is better than chat. What can I say - I like personal service when I can talk to someone. Glenn R however got the job done well!

GBSTAY AWAY!! Terrible Customer Service. I never write negative reviews but do yourself a favor and don't use this company. The only semi helpful people they have is in the sales department which forget who you are the moment you give your credit card number. I can't believe that they are still in business. Edit: Their social support team saw this review and assisted with our refund. Updated the review from 1-3 stars.

GBSorry to cancel but I will be back I needed to cancel my account due to serious health problems and finances and temporarily moving to my daughters home. Rowena was awesome and very understanding. CAJust the fax, ma’am I needed to send a one time fax. Often all these companies offer free trial but hidden with the small print is a commitment or a high price. What makes MetroFax different is that they offered to continue my service with a promotion, but understood that I didn’t need it and quickly backed off and respected my wishes. Chris was especially thoughtful and understanding and most of all respectful when they dealt with me.

GBQUICK EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I received my credit card statement recently and it had what I thought was an additional $5.00 charge from MetroFAX. It turns out that what I thought was an additional charge was actually a reduced charge [from $9.95 to $5.00] due to a $4.95 credit on my usual $9.95 charge that had been issued. Rowena very quickly tracked it down and explained it to me. Excellent service; quick response; professional!!!
