GBMy Experience with Metrofax What started out as a billing question turned into education for this older consumer. Spoke with a gentleman named Glenn R. He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Kudos to Metrofax for having this fine employee!

GBOMG these have to be fake reviews OMG these have to be fake reviews. There is no way possible that legit customers are giving this company 5 stars. Or even more than 1 star. You can't cancel this scam company. I cancelled 3 times and they even updated my credit card info themselves somehow! Trust me, go read other real reviews on other site. Do not use metrofax unless you want to be billed forever.

GBGlaiza C. Glaiza C. I las upes because I could not fax a document that i needed however Glaiza helped me out and convenced me to not cancel the plan/account. Glaiza was very understanding and helpful throughout our chat, if I Ever need to contact yall again I hope Glaiza is the one that helps me.

GBI was having trouble getting my fax to go through to a "non restricted number"… I was having trouble getting my fax to go through, stating that it was being sent to a "restricted" number. I have used that fax number before...but I didn't remember to put a "1" in front of the fax number to send, although it was a local number I was faxing to. Lyra P. at metrofax quickly helped me to resolve my problem through Metrofax Chat Services. I really appreciated her valuable and friendly assistance. Metrofax services have been "GREAT"!!

GBI was having a billing issue after I… I was having a billing issue after I thought I had cancelled my account. I contacted customer service and Joke helped me out. I don't know if I will receive a full refund but I was treated very professionally and promptly. Joke did an outstanding customer service job, now we will see if MetroFax will be able to refund the amounts I feel I was overcharged. No matter the outcome, the customer service was excellent.
