Intermedia has the best 24/7 tech support 365 days a year! We have been using them for our law firm for many, many years and can't be happier! Robert Tucker

GBOne of my emails would not connect… One of my emails would not connect through Outlook. OWA worked fine. Called Intermedia tech support. First level of support determined probable cause was a corrupted profile since we had several both active and inactive. This tech transferred me to an expert tech level and that tech quickly made a new profile and after confirming all working, he deleted the old profiles. Now Outlook working just fine. Both techs were knowledgeable and accurate with assessments and fixed the problem quickly. I recommend Intermedia.

GBExcellent Tech support at Intermedia I had a problem preventing me from sending email on an account recently hosted by Intermedia from the IOS phone. After a frustrating hour trying to reenter the credentials, I tried to log in to Hostpilot Admin only to find that because we changed passwords on the corp. email address I got locked out. Then I called Joel again because he did such a excellent job previously. He patiently walked me through credential settings on IOS and made changes until we got things working. It was a corrupt profile. I would have never found the issue on my own and he saved me hours of frustration. Again. This is tech support at its finest. In addition, he explained the Office 365 licensing through Intermedia which encouraged me to talk to sales about using Intermedia licensing.

GBI had a problem adding my exchange emails to my phone I had a problem adding my exchange emails to my new iphone. I phoned Intermedia and spoke to Svetlana who was very kind and patient with me. She then referred me to Insha from the email specialist team. Insha also followed up with a call today to check that everything was working. Both staff should be commended for their exceptional customer service skills.

HKGreat CS My company email was down and we cannot receive or send to outside the network. We called up and got immediate help. Even though the problem wasn't on their side, we received clear instructions of what to do and tell our hosting provider to get it fixed.
