GBSwitched from Nextiva Since switching from Nextiva to Intermedia, I have a lower bill, better technical support, more control over our office's devices, and a much easier-to-use dashboard. Plus the live call onboarding to help me set up the PBX was much appreciated. I'm glad I found this company.

GBAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible! They do not rate the one star I was forced to give. I was lied to once the sales person's lips started moving. My phones did not work for nearly two months and I had to do work arounds to make and receive calls. No one knew how to fix the issues I was having even after being escalated to their Extreme Cases Team. After all the issues stemming from their system and tech incompetence they changed me over two hundred dollars in rebate fees. I was told I had to return the equipment, but after asking customer service six times for the information so I could return the equipment, I gave up. Buyer beware! Forked tonged sales, spiderweb of transfers, and empty tunnels or false hope.

HKGreat CS My company email was down and we cannot receive or send to outside the network. We called up and got immediate help. Even though the problem wasn't on their side, we received clear instructions of what to do and tell our hosting provider to get it fixed.

GBTop Notch Company We have used Intermedia as our Exchange host and for file sharing for last several years and their systems have been extremely consistent. no down time, log in issues, etc. when we have needed customer support, it has been easy to reach by phone and issues resolved while on the call.
