The Angels of Tech Support There is not any company, hands down, I've experienced that provides better customer care than Intermedia. I never feel like my lack of tech ability to solve my problems is ever looked down upon - they have the patience of saints to see anything I bring to them through. This is why I've been with them for 20 years and will never change. I'm a micro-small customer and they treat me like I'm a million-dollar customer.

Super Easy, Super Fast and Super Fun to work with. In the last four years, I've used two other providers. Both are more expensive and not as robust and workable it turns out. Customer service was also adequate but, compared to Intermedia, robotic and near worthless. Seriously impressed with the service and how I'm taken care of.

Excellent Tech support at Intermedia I had a problem preventing me from sending email on an account recently hosted by Intermedia from the IOS phone. After a frustrating hour trying to reenter the credentials, I tried to log in to Hostpilot Admin only to find that because we changed passwords on the corp. email address I got locked out. Then I called Joel again because he did such a excellent job previously. He patiently walked me through credential settings on IOS and made changes until we got things working. It was a corrupt profile. I would have never found the issue on my own and he saved me hours of frustration. Again. This is tech support at its finest. In addition, he explained the Office 365 licensing through Intermedia which encouraged me to talk to sales about using Intermedia licensing.

Top Notch Company We have used Intermedia as our Exchange host and for file sharing for last several years and their systems have been extremely consistent. no down time, log in issues, etc. when we have needed customer support, it has been easy to reach by phone and issues resolved while on the call.

Intermedia has the Best Tech Support!! Anyone not using Intermedia for housing your E-mail and leasing Microsoft Office 365 from is doing themselves a disservice! Intermedia has the best 24/7 tech support 365 days a year! We have been using them for our law firm for many, many years and can't be happier! Robert Tucker
