COSuper Easy, Super Fast and Super Fun to work with. In the last four years, I've used two other providers. Both are more expensive and not as robust and workable it turns out. Customer service was also adequate but, compared to Intermedia, robotic and near worthless. Seriously impressed with the service and how I'm taken care of.

GBAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible! They do not rate the one star I was forced to give. I was lied to once the sales person's lips started moving. My phones did not work for nearly two months and I had to do work arounds to make and receive calls. No one knew how to fix the issues I was having even after being escalated to their Extreme Cases Team. After all the issues stemming from their system and tech incompetence they changed me over two hundred dollars in rebate fees. I was told I had to return the equipment, but after asking customer service six times for the information so I could return the equipment, I gave up. Buyer beware! Forked tonged sales, spiderweb of transfers, and empty tunnels or false hope.

GBSerious issues need to be taken seriously For so many years I was satified with Intermedia exchange service and recently was adding 365. After the recent experience of FRAUD which Intermedia did not take seriously and did not follow up on. I will be cancelling my 365 service and may move my exchange mail as well.

GBIntermedia has the Best Tech Support!! Anyone not using Intermedia for housing your E-mail and leasing Microsoft Office 365 from is doing themselves a disservice! Intermedia has the best 24/7 tech support 365 days a year! We have been using them for our law firm for many, many years and can't be happier! Robert Tucker

HKGreat CS My company email was down and we cannot receive or send to outside the network. We called up and got immediate help. Even though the problem wasn't on their side, we received clear instructions of what to do and tell our hosting provider to get it fixed.
