Great Service Iraia was very helpful. I just needed to update my credit card information. I had tried to do it on the phone with the automated attendant, but the line was scratchy and sometimes it didn't hear my selections - so finally I was connected to a human being who was a wonderful help. GRADE F F - Unable to CANCEL! I had to get my bank involved to get this scam company to stop taking money from my bank. It took months to be released from this entity. Find a more reputable online Fax service. It's also impossible to understand the customer service reps when calling in... I was unable to cancel my account because I couldn't log into my account, and that's the only way the customer service reps said I could cancel. They refused to help me until I logged in, and they couldn't assist me to do so.

True and dependable The customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed using Efax. Efax is fast and accurate. I will recommend Efax to anyone that needs a reliable faxing service on their mobile phone.
