GBHad to send an urgent fax Had to send an urgent fax. Fax wouldn't go through. Checked my billing. It was up to date. Tried calling. There are no human beings to speak with anymore. 10 tries, no luck! Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

GBI had a slight issue when first… I had a slight issue when first subscribing to the service due to an error on my end. While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately. She also stayed on the line until she could confirm my problem had been solved which I very much appreciated.
