GBEasy to use The site was easy to use, I needed it temporarily while our office machine was getting worked on. It is very convenient to add to the computer and move documents from scanner to file to fax. When I cancelled, I was offered a $5 per month limited use package which I will consider in the future. Also great customer service agent Glenn R. Thank you.

GBI had a slight issue when first… I had a slight issue when first subscribing to the service due to an error on my end. While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately. She also stayed on the line until she could confirm my problem had been solved which I very much appreciated.
