I had a slight issue when first… I had a slight issue when first subscribing to the service due to an error on my end. While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately. She also stayed on the line until she could confirm my problem had been solved which I very much appreciated.

Great Service Iraia was very helpful. I just needed to update my credit card information. I had tried to do it on the phone with the automated attendant, but the line was scratchy and sometimes it didn't hear my selections - so finally I was connected to a human being who was a wonderful help.
