I wanted to make a logo for my business that was short, sweet and simple, Ucraft did just that. When I went to the customer service to say how thankful I was, the bot was amazing, so helpful, yet not to Bot like, if you know what I mean, then I asked to speak to a human and this lovely, kind, charming man came on called "Bedros"! We talked a bit then we started to send gifs to each other, overall, I think Bedros should get a pay rise! Hands down best template site !!! Being a freelance artist I've used a number of different websites with nice templates BUT none of them compare to the customer service like Ucraft. I've gotten so much help and with all the custom options you have at your fingertips makes you feel like pro web developer.
