they claim to send you an email before… they claim to send you an email before they delete your website, except they never did. the hardwork i've put into my portfolio website (that i had because i am an art STUDENT who does not yet garner a lot of traffic) gone all down the drain. this policy did not exist when i first signed up for their website, nor did they ever notify me a change to these policies. it is unfair that my website is now gone as i never got the chance to do ANYTHING about it. from the bottom of my heart ucraft is the absolute worst

WAISTING TIME Create a website just for them without any explanation block your account access with all the time you spend on, all the information you fill in, and create text so you can start all over. BRAVO, your perfect site cost me just 2 days of my precious time. I am a photographer. I create a portfolio with glamour photos but VERY DECENT nothing to block my entire account without the possibility of copying my data from there or just changing two photos where nipple is visible!!

Thank you, UCRAFT! I have to say, when I started my journey in 2017 with UCRAFT, I was very much sure this is going to work since had tried few more website builders previously. It's the ease of navigation, simplicity, and Now, in 2021, I am operating the website myself, generating revenue (happy to say), selling at an online marketplace in Malaysia such as Shopee.
