I wanted to make a logo for my business that was short, sweet and simple, Ucraft did just that. When I went to the customer service to say how thankful I was, the bot was amazing, so helpful, yet not to Bot like, if you know what I mean, then I asked to speak to a human and this lovely, kind, charming man came on called "Bedros"! We talked a bit then we started to send gifs to each other, overall, I think Bedros should get a pay rise! Thank you so much Ucraft bot, Bedors especially, and Ucraft in general for making a Loving, Easy, Helpful, Free, Funny, No Hastle website for me, and everyone else in this world to enjoy!

Ucraft is Affordable, Responsive, and Adaptable Ucraft has been so affordable, easy to use, and accessible. The site reminds me of some of the first and most helpful website building companies from the early 2000's. While the technology seems like it is not completely fleshed out, and some rare glitches occur from time to time, the customer response and customer service team is swift to reply and help out with anything. The company also has a very complete self-service center that allows you to see if you can fix or change things the way you want them all yourself. Excellent job, ucraft. I hope to be a long-time customer.

Support is awesome! Managed to rebuild my organizations website in a very short period of time with Ucraft's easy to use tools. It takes a little to understand how everything works and I was rushing so didn't take the time to watch all the tutorials, but whenever I got stuck their support chat was able to help me out quickly, efficiently and kindly. Really bad product and service Really bad product and service. It charged cost from me but I can not use the product, and the website always had problem loading the right page. What it always does is to lead you to the payment page and it will only wants to get money from you but does not provide any service. The 24/7 support is just a joke, when you have a problem, you can not find anyone from the support team, neither a reply. I do not recommend and will add this company to my black list. Feel really angry, because I cannot get my money back.

they claim to send you an email before… they claim to send you an email before they delete your website, except they never did. the hardwork i've put into my portfolio website (that i had because i am an art STUDENT who does not yet garner a lot of traffic) gone all down the drain. this policy did not exist when i first signed up for their website, nor did they ever notify me a change to these policies. it is unfair that my website is now gone as i never got the chance to do ANYTHING about it. from the bottom of my heart ucraft is the absolute worst
