Very very very glitchy Very very very glitchy. I had a paid ecommerce store there for over a year, but the constant hang up include a permanent feedback tab placed along the scroll bar and their chat box expands with no means to retract it so you cannot access your site. They could not fix the problem on their end which made the service inaccessible and useless. If they care to fix issues like these, I would consider going back.

UCraft held my hand. Not only did Bedros literally walk me through my technical challenges with my site as if handling a child just learning to use a computer, but he also ensured to follow up the following day to verify that the problems I was having were fully resolved. Simple, easy and thorough. Great, great service.

Great customer support, still difficult to use. I have been using adobe's macromedia for many years to develop websites so I thought I would try UCraft for a change. They do have very nice templates, but I had great difficulty with certain aspects of the program. The good news is customer support is very good and quite responsive, the bad news is I had many many questions. After 5 days I still do not have the website that I want, but it is acceptably close. It's not sophisticated, in terms of modern websites, and the mobile representation of the site is not acceptable.

Great service, easy to use Great service, great website builder. A bit trickier than some other CMS services out there, but once you get it going, you'll be just fine and happy about really great support. I'm currently using it as a landing page only, but I'm definitely interested in their paid services as well down the road. If they'd remove the branding badge on the landing page for $1 a month, I'd give it 5 stars ;-)

Really bad product and service Really bad product and service. It charged cost from me but I can not use the product, and the website always had problem loading the right page. What it always does is to lead you to the payment page and it will only wants to get money from you but does not provide any service. The 24/7 support is just a joke, when you have a problem, you can not find anyone from the support team, neither a reply. I do not recommend and will add this company to my black list. Feel really angry, because I cannot get my money back.
