Exceptional Service at Simplifying a Complex Process I recently ordered an antique Chinese chest from Singapore and had to import it to my home in Oakland, CA. I had no idea where to start or how to go about filing the paperwork for customs clearance. After receiving a message from the seller in Singapore that I would need a broker, a quick online search led me to Clearit USA. No customer service just bureaucracy Clearit is asking for verification and changes since one week and the ship left this morning. Fortunatly I found another customs broker who helped me quickly. I would give 0 stars for this customer service. 3 days before the ship left I wrote them so many urgent emails and still they bother around with none-sense. Sorry guys, you failed so hard!

Takes a little time to get paperwork… Takes a little time to get paperwork together, proof of origin, US customs invoice, PAPS #, BOL and Pro#, and power of attorney. From knowing nothing to do this is took me a few days from start to finish, but crossed the border with no issues!

Cearit is very good. Clearit was communicative and fast to respond to al questions. I would reccomend them to anyone. Why try to learn the details of freight clearance when you will do it one time? No mistakes, no serious effort on my part and it went perfectly.

Clearit has been my saving grace We have a shipment of our own personal items coming from Western Australia to Dallas Texas. The shipping company that has been used in Australia has been useless with information regarding taking care of the necessary paperwork for U.S. Customs required this end. And I have been totally clueless as to the proceedures. Clearit has been my saving grace walking me through it step by step as well being so courteous, understanding and helpful.
