Trying to search their site is very difficult as well and constantly give not found messages. Even logging in is difficult. If you go to clear it .com, there's no place to sign in just sign up, and they don't have an app. I ended up finding a independent customs broker because it was so aggravating through this platform. At least I get my questions answered right away and and explained.

Takes a little time to get paperwork… Takes a little time to get paperwork together, proof of origin, US customs invoice, PAPS #, BOL and Pro#, and power of attorney. From knowing nothing to do this is took me a few days from start to finish, but crossed the border with no issues!

My only minor gripe is, even though the system is pretty streamlined, a few well thought out Loom videos showing new-comers the process and steps would be invaluable.

Clearit saved our shipment. I went online at the last minute when i… I went online at the last minute when i was informed of the problem and clicked on the clearit website. We were already Late submitting the ISF. As first time importers we did not know what was needed and we did not do this on time. I uploaded all the information i had and received very prompt notifications that more information was needed and what i needed to do and so i did it and Clearit submitted the ISF and helped us get our shipment transferred from the ship that came from Morrocco and landed in New Jersey to the ship that is headed here to Long Beach. I am very pleased with Clearit

I am a first time user. I am a first time user. I was a bit concerned not being able to speak directly with a person by phone, however once I navigated thru the required documents the entry went very smoothly. I could not locate a blank commercial invoice form to fill out for this shipment on the web site. Something you might want to consider. My shipment was a bit unusual as the items being imported into the USA were going to be serviced and returned to me in Canada.
