BADD Would be zero stars if it let me. Hired a technician to come out because my car was having trouble starting. After 5 hours the same problem was still present and the technician told me he replaced the starter but that wasn’t the issue and he didn’t know what was. I paid $800 for a 5 hours appointment which did not fix my car and now my car has new engine issues which were not present before this repair. On top of everything I caught the technician WATCHING PORN when I went to check in on the work. I am being ignored by customer service. Do not use this company.

Low quality work and worse customer service They were available quickly for a diagnostic but did not do a thorough job on diagnosing the root problem. 1 week after "fixing" my AC issue, the problem returned. After contacting customer support to look into it, I've been totally ghosted. I wouldn't recommend using these guys--yikes!

I requested a car inspection for a car… I requested a car inspection for a car i purchased and the guy told me that my car passed with flying colors. The very next day my car can’t start. I text the guy and he tells me that I need to put in another order so he can come out. I decided that I’d go with a different company and they provide me with a completely different assessment. Turns out my battery was no good and the brake fluid needed to be changed. Please don’t waste your time with this horrible company and their shady practices!

Chase was my mechanic and I’m ever so… Chase was my mechanic and I’m ever so grateful!!! He fixed my little Smart Car that has been sitting for 2 years!!! I thought it was the electric battery (which would have been big $), it was the other battery!! He fixed it and now she just needs a bath and registration. Thank you Chase!!

Miguel S was extremely helpful, skilled, efficient and got my car back up and running. He diagnosed problems I have been stressing about for months and made everything very easy for me. I highly recommend and will also being using these services again in the future!
