GBSo I had a job interview with these… So I had a job interview with these people scheduled for a phone interview Monday at 9:00 a.m. I get a message Monday morning saying it was moved to 3:00 p.m. then I get a message saying it was moved to Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. so I just canceled the job interview I don't know how the company is with employees but as far as starting a job with these people don't waste your time they're nothing but morons and clowns then the guy sent me an email telling me I'm the one that changed the times these people are total losers I've been in ASE Master mechanic for 15 years trust me these people are losers

My brother car was worked on n a part was stolen off his car the technicians they send out u need to watch if they steal anything off ur car per the manager n u can't prove it they won't pay for it. My brother jaguar was working it only needed a battery swap his car is no longer working after the tech left his house. I'm sooooo upset we sent pictures of the part missing which was the module which controls the engine. N per the other reviews this is not a good company. My brother spent over 400 getting his key re programmed n over 200 ubering because his car is out of commission the customer service reps r terrible too nobody wants to help operational manager seen the pictures of the part missing but he stated it's he say she say was his response WHY WAS THE CAR WORKING BEFORE UR TECH CAME N WHEN HE GOT DONE REPLACING BATTERY NOT. Part that went missing is priced at 1800 so we are getting ready to sure since they don't care. Go to a shop r else get treated like we did they didn't offer to pay for all the money he spent ubering nothing but a I'm sorry we can't help u. Keep reading the reviews they just jack ur car up n cover each other.

GBLow quality work and worse customer service They were available quickly for a diagnostic but did not do a thorough job on diagnosing the root problem. 1 week after "fixing" my AC issue, the problem returned. After contacting customer support to look into it, I've been totally ghosted. I wouldn't recommend using these guys--yikes!

GBThese people are con artists These people are con artists. They don't listen and try to charge you for stuff you don't need. Like a glorified jiffy lube. Upsell upsell. I wouldn't take a $400 beater car to them. They show up late for appointments if at all, they don't apologize, rude customer service, hang up on you when you express displeasure in a job poorly done and not listening....total disaster. Save yourself money and go to a real mechanic. Even going to your dealer would be cheaper than these hacks.

GBFixed My Issue I was reluctant, as many are, to trust a mechanic who shows up to your place. But, I was kinda stuck because I didn’t really know what was wrong and didn’t want my car just sitting at a shop, waiting to get a diagnosis. So, I made my appointment and waited. Dylan was prompt and professional! We discussed my options because my coolant system has basically shut down. He evaluated the situation and we decided to move forward with him doing the work needed. The downside was scheduling another appointment, but I had to finance it through “AFFIRM”, which was easy and handled through the APP. I requested Dylan to do the work when I scheduled my next appointment. Again, he was Prompt and Professional! He went right to work while I went back inside the A/C and enjoyed my coffee. My car was fixed and I had peace of mind knowing that he would be called back out if it fails because of their 12 month warranty. I’m hoping that I don’t have any more issues, but I know who to call if I do!
