GBLow quality work and worse customer service They were available quickly for a diagnostic but did not do a thorough job on diagnosing the root problem. 1 week after "fixing" my AC issue, the problem returned. After contacting customer support to look into it, I've been totally ghosted. I wouldn't recommend using these guys--yikes!

GBZERO STARS all their reviews are… ZERO STARS all their reviews are manipulated. No way the 4.9 on Google is real. MY Mercedes was throwing a couple misfiring codes so I scheduled a sparkplug replacements along with a coil A replacement. Given I own a Mercedes I gave them a call to make sure there tech were certified I was assured the were. Appointment day comes! The guy JOEL knew nothing about the car, had no idea where to start and and didn't even bring the right tools. He was at one point putting a part on upsidedown and in the process made my car worse! it's now throwing 5 codes vs the TWO I started with!!! Everything was recorded and documented before and during. Thank you Repair Smith! CRAP SERVICE!

GBWorthless warranty ripoff I had a repair done by repair smith 08/27/2022. I had an issue with the cooling system that needed repair. Today I had the exact same message pop up on my car so I called them to honor the warranty . First I was told the warranty does not apply because the last visit was listed as a cooling system diagnosis. I told the "customer service" person NO he did a repair that is how they titled it and to read the notes. Second I was told yes the warranty did apply but there was a service fee to send someone out that amazingly was the exact total repair Smith charged for the initial repair. The warranty is worthless and they try to rip you off if you dare try to use it

GBFixed My Issue I was reluctant, as many are, to trust a mechanic who shows up to your place. But, I was kinda stuck because I didn’t really know what was wrong and didn’t want my car just sitting at a shop, waiting to get a diagnosis. So, I made my appointment and waited. Dylan was prompt and professional! We discussed my options because my coolant system has basically shut down. He evaluated the situation and we decided to move forward with him doing the work needed. The downside was scheduling another appointment, but I had to finance it through “AFFIRM”, which was easy and handled through the APP. I requested Dylan to do the work when I scheduled my next appointment. Again, he was Prompt and Professional! He went right to work while I went back inside the A/C and enjoyed my coffee. My car was fixed and I had peace of mind knowing that he would be called back out if it fails because of their 12 month warranty. I’m hoping that I don’t have any more issues, but I know who to call if I do!

GBThey deserve no stars They deserve no stars. My first car I drove from carvana was a rogue and the technician said it was the fan turning on. It was actually the trans slipping. So I was able to switch into a new car. They came out to do a gasket and I thought I was good to go. Nope. I went to take my sick kids to the doctor and my car starts shaking. I park and pop the hood. The technician didn’t properly put the oil cap on and could have cost my engine. He brought out the wrong sized oil cap and than never heard from them again. They will destroy your car and not take responsibility to make it right. They ignore the issue and leave you wondering what’s going on. It has cost me in so many ways, from being carless for a week because of their lack of communication and negligence. Save your money and car and go with someone else.
