GBTerrible experience with a terrible company Terrible terrible company. Had appointment for Christmas Eve from 2-4pm for a technician to replace my car battery so we could be with family on Christmas Day. Didn’t hear anything so I called at 4:30 to get an update. They told me they have to cancel and that there was nothing they could do. At that point, it was too late to find a replacement so we were unable to be with family on Christmas. Terrible customer service, very overpriced. I would recommend staying away from this awful company

GBIf I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. For some reason, an auto message said, it couldn’t replace my 2019 Sentra battery, instantly, I canceled and they still charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Customer service was zero help.

GBInconvenient and unreliable Inconvenient and unreliable. Scheduled appointment made well in advanced was changed last minute (changed same day) via text message by company with no option other than a number to call to "talk to" a representative. Which ofcoarse means being placed on hold multiple times. This was for a safety recall.The company also has a policy of charging a customer 50$ if they cancel within 24hrs... this should be a two way street I will not be using this company or recommending

GBChase was my mechanic and I’m ever so… Chase was my mechanic and I’m ever so grateful!!! He fixed my little Smart Car that has been sitting for 2 years!!! I thought it was the electric battery (which would have been big $), it was the other battery!! He fixed it and now she just needs a bath and registration. Thank you Chase!!

GBThey deserve no stars They deserve no stars. My first car I drove from carvana was a rogue and the technician said it was the fan turning on. It was actually the trans slipping. So I was able to switch into a new car. They came out to do a gasket and I thought I was good to go. Nope. I went to take my sick kids to the doctor and my car starts shaking. I park and pop the hood. The technician didn’t properly put the oil cap on and could have cost my engine. He brought out the wrong sized oil cap and than never heard from them again. They will destroy your car and not take responsibility to make it right. They ignore the issue and leave you wondering what’s going on. It has cost me in so many ways, from being carless for a week because of their lack of communication and negligence. Save your money and car and go with someone else.
