What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company. They cancelled the collection of my car 2 hours into the 4 hour window and moved it to 3 days later, meaning I had to take out temporary car insurance for 3 days and take another day off work. They have refused to cover the cost of the insurance, but are very sorry!!!! Sorry doesn't pay the £50 insurance bill I'm now saddled with.

This was easy… It was very first time I have come across such service… Abid, who came to collect my car was very professional. Introduced himself presenting his company ID card, explained how the service works took me trough the process and waited until the money for the car show up on my account only then he drove off.

Absolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. They said they would collect my car which I sold on Motorway, only to not turn up on the day and which I had called that morning to confirm collection. They did not call to let me know they were not coming, nor did they call to rearrange. I have had to do all the chasing and its now over a week and they still have not collected the car!!
