Good service My car was collected having sold it to a dealer via Motorway. Micheal arrived on time and clearly explained the process and his role in taking photo's for the dealer and checking documents. All his work was done efficiently and well. He was rather let down by the dealer needing him to repeat the sending of photo's and haggling over the price having already agreed it - but this was not down to him and he made this clear which was OK with me. All round nice guy, polite and efficient

He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away. He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. He was very knowledgeable and even rang us the following day to inform us he had delivered the vehicle to the buyer.
