Good service My car was collected having sold it to a dealer via Motorway. Micheal arrived on time and clearly explained the process and his role in taking photo's for the dealer and checking documents. All his work was done efficiently and well. He was rather let down by the dealer needing him to repeat the sending of photo's and haggling over the price having already agreed it - but this was not down to him and he made this clear which was OK with me. All round nice guy, polite and efficient

Absolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. They said they would collect my car which I sold on Motorway, only to not turn up on the day and which I had called that morning to confirm collection. They did not call to let me know they were not coming, nor did they call to rearrange. I have had to do all the chasing and its now over a week and they still have not collected the car!!

Excellent service Excellent service This was our 1st experience selling a car with Motorway and I must say the process was smooth from start to finish. Abid the driver came to pick up our car . He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away. He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. He was very knowledgeable and even rang us the following day to inform us he had delivered the vehicle to the buyer. Abid messaged the night before collection to give us a time frame and then confirmed his ETA in good time, first thing in the morning. Once he had inspected the car and had had an accompanied test drive, Abid advised us on paperwork and was happy to wait until we had confirmation of receipt of payment.
