Good day all round Motorway instructed WDC. Michael was the man, and I can't fault him, although my slight deafness and his Glasgow accent didn't mix too well! He called to advise me that he was a few miles away, and then again when he arrived in the local town. I picked him up to save him a 1.5 mile walk (no buses here). He was courteous and helpful throughout, delivered the car this morning, and I've been paid. What's not to like?

He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away. He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. He was very knowledgeable and even rang us the following day to inform us he had delivered the vehicle to the buyer. What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company. They cancelled the collection of my car 2 hours into the 4 hour window and moved it to 3 days later, meaning I had to take out temporary car insurance for 3 days and take another day off work. They have refused to cover the cost of the insurance, but are very sorry!!!! Sorry doesn't pay the £50 insurance bill I'm now saddled with.
