GBSystem fails multiple times System fails multiple times. The data keeps getting deleted from the account so cannot charge work for electricity used. System repeatedly failed to connect to the internet. Not worth the money.

GBI have ChargePoint charge for my home I have ChargePoint charge for my home which has failed me for the second time. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one. This time the charger has died. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. I immediately sent the requested documentation. Since then there has been silence. No one has gotten back to me. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. Every attempt I take is met with silence. Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Find a different brand, there are plenty good reliable ones out there.

GBinappropriate charges to cc and not reliable Unreliable at several locations. Cost is astronomical for an EV charge as they continue to charge your credit card, even though your car has completed charging. App did not work, so had to use credit card at the station. I have very little confidence in ChargePoint. They are making a lot of free money.

CADO NOT SIGN UP FOR ChargePoint DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ChargePoint! They automatically charge your credit card (auto-reload). I have been told once you sign up and you agree to the terms and conditions you agree to auto-reload and you cannot DISABLE this feature!!!! In the US they allow this feature to be disabled. Every electric charging station has an app that you must download and use. All apps required auto-loading of funds.

GBDo not use this company if you can… Do not use this company if you can possibly do so...... Ok so they charge your card with £10 to hold in your account. Sorta ok with that, the only time I charged with them after about 6 months, was a v short charge worth £7.03. after this they then charged my credit card £30. I immediately closed my account 3rd Jan 2024 and still no refund..... For the £30 charge I have raised a dispute with my credit card who sided with charge point, because they have my credit card details, so it's a valid charge. I've reopened the dispute as charge point have not complied with their own t&C's which say when balance goes below auto reload level they will charge you the higher of £10 or the average use of through their app/account. Only used them once in over 6 months..... Credit card company are reviewing currently. All as I get from charge point is an email every now and again saying they are having problems with their systems and you'll get the money, just wait a further 14 days..... In my mind they are a bunch of criminals and couldn't give 2 f's about their "customers"
