GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. The home charger failed under warranty (3 years). I called, spent an hour on the phone with "level 1 support" and was told another "level 2 support" agent would reply within two business days. Three business days later I called and they said they still needed to review the case. The logs were available (it is connected) and the product is under warranty and the company refuses to replace the unit. The contact center agent put me on hold for nearly 30 minutes and stated the same script over and over again (I apologize and someone will get back to you). This is not acceptable for a company that provides home charging equipment. ChargePoint has the logs, did the testing, and refuses to honor their warranty terms in a "reasonable" amount of time. The executive in charge of customer service should be replaced and be ashamed of their commitment to their customers that pay $700 for a unit.

GBChargepoint provides charging services… Chargepoint provides charging services for my employer and about 40% of times their stations fail to work and you have to rejoin a waitlist. Chargepoint has no process to take customer complaints and no ticketing system to track customer issues, they don't care about their customers. The station numbering system is very poor and you have to park your car and get out of your car to figure out the station number and often the plastic is decomposed and you cannot read the content and the station number.

GBI have ChargePoint charge for my home I have ChargePoint charge for my home which has failed me for the second time. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one. This time the charger has died. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. I immediately sent the requested documentation. Since then there has been silence. No one has gotten back to me. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. Every attempt I take is met with silence. Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Find a different brand, there are plenty good reliable ones out there.

GBI wouldn’t even give 1 star I wouldn’t even give 1 star. This company seems to be taking funds time and time again out of my account - this must be illegal. Our first EV charge experience away from home, the instructions made out the app had to be installed, I have had four transactions for what was actually only £5 of charge yet multiple £10 and £15 transactions on multiple days. Customer service line very difficult to hear clearly when I complained. I think I will have a refund but who knows…..

CAApp says there are chargers where there arent My charging experience has been positive, though I don’t understand why I have to pay in a balance of $10 all the time since it could just charge my credit card for what I actually use like other chargers. Their chargers I have used usually work, unlike IVY, but the app shows chargers all over the place even if their in a pricey garage at a hospital, or either non existent or peoples personal home spots, or businesses that when you get there have signs saying for employees only - tried going to 5 stations in Vaughan with my car nearly out of charge only to find none of them were stations I could use - so had to drive back up the highway to an IVY station - they may be unreliable, but at least the stations are actually where they say they are.
