Installed dishwasher improperly; no service after Appliance Connection hired this company to deliver and install a dishwasher at my home. Charged $170 to install. Within an hour of installation, my kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle. Called Appliance Connection; they said to call AM Trucking. Called; no response. Filed a claim on line. Got an auto response that I must send a notarized claim by registered mail within seven days. Still no water. Back and forth with Appliance Connection and AM Trucking. Another auto response saying my claim must have been made within 3 days instead of 7. I finally hired a plumber to fix it. Terrible company.

Incompetent Incompetent, hard to reach, and failed at the most basic thing - to get your items to you in one piece. A small beverage fridge crawled its way across the US only to sit in a warehouse for a week and then be delivered with evidence that the box had been dropped. Sure enough, upon opening, the entire front glass door was shattered. Perhaps they should open a demolition business instead? I mean, play to your strengths, right? I hope my replacement fridge is sent by another carrier.

BEWARE! Do not use this company Unskilled installers wired dishwasher incorrectly. You plug it in, the breaker trips. You unplug it, the breaker resets. The installer throws up his hands and says it's an electrical issue. dishwasher is wildly out of level. He said that's how they are these days. Left a mess and left me with a new dishwasher that doesn't work.

Moshe, their claims director who really just avoids claims and saves them money on their insurance denied any responsibility which I’m sure he does on every claim that comes to him. Hopefully they take responsibility because I will continue to pursue this.
