GBDon't deliver appliances if you don't know what you're doing! Shipped and delivered freezer on its side, the carton had arrows and directions on each side warning to transport freezer upright. People who deliver appliances should know fridges & freezers have to be delivered upright. Driver had no paperwork to note this, only had cell phone to sign receipt of merchandise. Knowledge of English appeared to be almost non-existent. Refused to stay while carton was opened to inspect for damage.

GBBEWARE! Do not use this company Unskilled installers wired dishwasher incorrectly. You plug it in, the breaker trips. You unplug it, the breaker resets. The installer throws up his hands and says it's an electrical issue. dishwasher is wildly out of level. He said that's how they are these days. Left a mess and left me with a new dishwasher that doesn't work.

GBBeware! I bought a diningroom table through The Classy Home. This is the delivery service they used. They have changed the days 4 different times. I am still waiting as they were suppose to come yet again, and a total no show. Yet another email wanting to deliver tomorrow. No one answers the call service, when you do get through you will get a message machine. DO NOT do "white glove" unless its a big piece- $150- Disgusted and still no table!

GBHorrific Service "My TV was supposed to have been delivered by 12/20/2022. It arrived in their local warehouse 12/27/2022. They finally delivered the TV 1/25/2023. There was no communication other than me contacting them. They had no idea why my TV hadn't been delivered. They kept telling me that it would arrive in week, but week after week it wasn't delivered... till finally it was. AM Home Delivery is extraordinarily mismanaged."

Delivery was expected between 4:00-8:00 pm, received a text that driver was running later than the expected time frame. Was kept updated of progress Of driver. He called when 10 minutes away. Very polite, careful handling of package, kept safe distant, wore mask,. Bev G
