Left the fridge in my garage then never came back Left the fridge in my garage. Never came back to install after multiple calls and emails. You need to contact the vendor that used this disreputable delivery service and threaten them with a credit card chargeback to get on this company to come back and actually do the job they’re paid to do . Because they won’t respond to the recipient. Enough people need to complain to vendors who use them so they are blacklisted and go out of business

"Totally Awesome Experience" My experience was so Awesome......I don't know where to start!! First of all...their timing was Perfect!!! The communication was Outstanding!! Josh & Kenny were so Amazing!!! They were so friendly & Very knowledgeable!! They worked together Beautifully!! They handled my order with tender loving care & I really appreciated that!!!! They went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything! They made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would Highly recommend this team & AM Trucking!!! "They Go Above & Beyond" for Customer Satisfaction!

Ridiculously overpriced Ridiculously overpriced, scammers, and liars. If you want to get screwed over, lied to, stuff destroyed, and giving the runaround for months. This is your company. Show up whenever they want, drive away without ringing your doorbell, and destroy your items. When you call about it, they will mark your delivery a manager problem who apparently doesnt actually work. Do not walk away from AM, RUN!

Installed dishwasher improperly; no service after Appliance Connection hired this company to deliver and install a dishwasher at my home. Charged $170 to install. Within an hour of installation, my kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle. Called Appliance Connection; they said to call AM Trucking. Called; no response. Filed a claim on line. Got an auto response that I must send a notarized claim by registered mail within seven days. Still no water. Back and forth with Appliance Connection and AM Trucking. Another auto response saying my claim must have been made within 3 days instead of 7. I finally hired a plumber to fix it. Terrible company.

They keep delaying delivery They have had my item sitting in their terminal for the past 16 days, and WILL NOT give me a scheduled time for getting it delivered. Every time I call about this, I keep being told they are working out delivery routes and will be called back the next day with a delivery date -- yet, they NEVER call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!
